Customers can return their website order within 7 days of the order delivery.
All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
If you have received a defective product, send us images at contact@wemeestore.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed the refund will be provided to your bank account.
Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges will not be refunded, wherever applicable.
Originals receipts would need to be included.
Once we have received the items in the expected condition, the order amount will be refunded through the same payment mode within 3-9 business days.
In the case of Cash on Delivery mode, the customer will be asked for NEFT details.
Customized Products are made with complete care just for you, so these products can’t be returned or exchanged!
