Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).
Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges will not be refunded, in any case wherever applicable.
If you have received a defective product, send us images at [email protected] and we will get back to you. Once confirmed the refund will be provided to your bank account.
In case of a partial refund, If the total invoice amount goes below Rs.349/- then shipping charges of Rs.45/- will be deducted from the refund amount. Since shipping is free if the order invoice value is above Rs.349/-
Once we have received the items in the expected condition & after passing the quality check, the order amount will be refunded through the same payment mode within 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
In case of Cash on Delivery mode, the customer will be asked for NEFT details.
