• Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).
• Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges will not be refunded, in any  case wherever applicable.
• If you have received a defective product, send us images at contact@wemeestore.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed the refund will be provided to your bank account.
• In case of a partial refund, If the total invoice amount goes below Rs.399/- then shipping charges of Rs.45/- will be deducted from the refund amount. Since shipping is free if the order invoice value is above Rs.399/-
• Once we have received the items in the expected condition & after passing the quality check, the order amount will be refunded through the same payment mode within 5 to 7 working days excluding  Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
• In case of Cash on Delivery mode, the customer will be asked for NEFT details.
